Welcome to eye from nothingness, a multi-sensory reflection on life, love, and death brought to life through a fusion of music, animation, and print.
At the center of this installation is the eye, not only as an organ of sight, but as a portal, a womb, and an iris, all at once.
A Star Without a Name
When a baby is taken from the wet nurse
it easily forgets her
and starts eating solid food
Seeds feed awhile on the ground
then lift up into the sun
So you should taste the filtered light
and work your way toward wisdom
with no personal covering
That’s how you came here,

Ibrahim
Mantoufi
Ibrahim Mantoufi is a Beirut-based multidisciplinary artist and Creative Director who combines his expertise in the marketing and advertising fields with his distinct approach to visual storytelling. Having worked across regional and local clients in various domains, Ibrahim draws on an extensive design repertoire and a formal education, holding a BA from the Lebanese University and an MA from the Design from the University of New South Wales, Sydney. It is defined by its ability to transform technical skill into atmospheric experiences.
